Use BaZi as a mirror, not a cage
BaZi is most useful when it helps you notice patterns. It becomes harmful when it turns into a fixed identity excuse.
Look for repeated pressure
A chart can help name where pressure repeats: work expectations, relationship reactions, decision habits or environments that keep draining you.
The test is daily usefulness
A reading should make you observe yourself better. If it does not improve clarity, boundaries or decisions, it is only language.
