The pillar most affected by data quality
The Hour Pillar depends on birth time. It can add detail about hidden drive, future direction, later-life themes and action style, but only when the time input is reliable.
Why unknown time should be marked
If birth time is approximate or missing, hour-based content should be treated with lower confidence. A responsible BaZi calculator should not make the fourth pillar sound certain when the data is not.
What still remains usable
Even without a reliable Hour Pillar, the Year, Month and Day Pillars still give useful structure. The honest approach is to read the first three layers first and keep future-facing details provisional.
